i have to admit that "kind hearts and coronets" was one of the most stylish films ever made, dennis price was absolutely superb and alec guiness was at his best.
one of the best "sting in the tail" endings ever.

I enjoy the Thin Man movies, worthwhile 'gems' these days are like hens teeth.

Kind Hearts was great but I think my favourite was Those Magnificent Men in Their Flying Machines.

Agreed Peter, Those Magnificent Men in Their Flying Machines is one I always try to watch when it crops up on the TV together with The Great Race and also Some Like It Hot.

They were ok in their day but for me are now very dated.

Recently I again watched "Sailor, Beware!" with Peggy Mount etc. It was just as funny.
I still find Dad's Army funny and very entertaining.
