I have noted that it is only one or two that use the words I am talking about,so I take it that the 99.9% of the forum that like myself do not use them are in agreement with me even if you do not say it.Thank you.

Vic
I have put the date in my diary. Should be good for River and the local community. Good to see some imaginative thinking about our open spaces too.

Thank you must say that the film makers came to a full council meeting, and it was agreed by all members to go ahead with it.

Perhaps we should adopt Malawi's new law as a Dover by-law?

I reckon if the word and the subject matter are good enough for the BBC, it's good enough for DoverForum.

Yet another pleasure denied to the working man by interfering politicians. Perhaps a license to break wind could be made available with a doctor's certificate.

Daft to think you could make a law to stop a natural physiological process, you might as well make a law saying people with bad breath can't breathe.
On second thoughts, maybe just on tube trains

That's the joy of discussion forums, you just never know where they are going to lead.

i suppose that they will have to implement a ban on the sales of baked beans if we bring in a law similar to the one that malawi is planning.

breaking news,a well known energy supply company will be sponsering a long established all time great "gone with the wind",at an undisclosed location in dover.the projection system will be powerd by renewable energy system [wind power].the first 150 people will be given large bowls of baked beans, the next 150 will be bowls of brussel sprouts.state of the seating will be put in place prior to screning.a generater will be on stand by just in case there is no wind forth coming.
