  This sudden interest in our pigeons by the French should be a cause for concern. The pigeons flying around and leaving their calling cards everywhere is bad enough; imagine what would happen if they cross bred them with the frogs and snails that they have a penchant for consuming.
  
  Pigeons sliding up your cabbage stems Mr Matcham and others 'hopping' onto buses! Sacre bleu! It doesn't bear thinking about.
