Nice and shiny and just installed, I'm taking bets with the neighbours just to how long before it ends up in you know where.

One neighbour predicted it would be horizontal by the end of the weekend.

Got yours and clicked reply so it should have gone directly back to you. Give it a few minutes... Jersey is still occupied by the Nazis so its probably going through the censors..

I think we need one of those in Castle St. So many dogs need to 'go' after leaving the vet and owners are unprepared for that.

Ask your ward Cllr he will get the same answer as I got for Astor Ave,on this forum our newly installed Chairman, the lady with the hats, said I wouldn't get one.
I got it in the wrong place on the wrong side of the road but I got it. See Cllr Collor Peter if you ever see him at your bar!

There should be a bin similar to that on the corner of nearly every street, one side for dog poo the other for litter assuming the two can not be mixed.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

I think John is right, in that the County Councillors - Nigel or Gordon, could pay for a dog-poo bin, or even an extra litter bin as dog-poo can be put in them too.
As Castle Street is an A zone or whatever it's called, it should be cleaned daily and as the street-cleaners, or whatever their title is, are now requested to pick up the poo, it shouldn't be a problem - if they are not picking it up, they can be reported, it is part of their job.

Sorry, I forgot to say, good luck with the Barton Path bin Ian - long may it last. A bin is for life, not just the week-end !!

Thanks Ian.
I agree, we need moire bins, but we (DDC) don't have money to pay for them and that's where the Country Councillors can help.
