    Well my parents were not offered a full refund, just for the cancelled trips and for the missing day. And no, I don't think the virus being carried by a single passenger is spin as the Captain mentioned this is what happened on a number of occasions. He was extremely apologetic and stated (I paraphrase) 'If one person won't stay in their cabin as instructed then there is nothing I can do'. I don't see any reason to invoke conspiracy theories at this stage.
