I think some of the language now coming into some posts, should not be said on a open public forum, call me what you like, but for one I do not like it. And there must be many others that feel the same way we even have children reading what we say. You can say what you like on a one to one away from the forum, but when we are posting I feel we must be more carefull in the way we all talk.

Lighten up Vic, nowadays even young children use far worse than I have ever read on this forum.

Agreed Jan, there's no hard core swearing on here and frankly I quite like to see a few well placed and humorous b*ms t*ts and f*rts.
A band called Tea For The Wicked play at The Louis regularly, their original singer had a song to keep the audience amused while the guitarist was changing a broken string, it contained every swear word you could imagine and some you didn't want to but sung in operatic style with great humour so you didn't notice and no-one was offended.
The Horse and Cart song - ahhh

Because you hear young children use it,that does not make it right ,or hear it from some of us.

please say what you consider to be bad language.
But say it quietly....or you'll wake the kids and they will turn the air blue........

The only swear words I ever recall reading on here were 'Burlington House' - apologies, now I've just done it too.

Not right to use in public...like ''we're all in this together'' or ''Dover is on the up'' or ''vote for Vic Matcham''
