I agree but if the club is to move on then it needs to go full time or may be the club needs a full time manger he has done a lot and without him coming in when he did the club would not be where they are now.But he works full time at a school so he cannot gave Dover 100% all the time,I am not saying get rid of him just to move over keeping him on the playing staff and get a new full time young manger who can gave more time to the club and find new players but he would need to have the funds to buy them.But if they stay as they are the crowd they get now will over time go to other clubs Like Brighton who will be in the top league does not take long to get there and if you take 3 or more in a car the cost will be low.In my way of thinking when the football ends in two weeks time the top boss must sit down with the other members and work it out.Way back in the 1950 when we was only in the Kent League we would get over 3000 just to see Ashford you still paid to get in.
