  You may recall the situation got so bad we had stabbings in the fair ground, and tensions were at boiling point.

  i held a public meeting in the heart of the ward, together with getting the home secretary down to Dover.
  
  Once again there were so many big mistakes made, some being;
  
  1; poor planning, putting 2 sections of a community at war with each other in
  there own country, in the same hotel, then wondering why baseball bats
  were being used as soon as the social workers went home at 5.
  
  2; govt/agencies didnt work together to spread the numbers, they put the
  majority in priory, outnumbering the local population, asking for trouble
  
  3; Agencies/govt provided few facilities for those coming in, and how best
  to deal with the situation ie schooling etc
  
  4; govts/agencies didnt heed warnings until to late of the tensions in the ward
  
  
  plus a lot more
