don;t know what this one is, looks like that 1960's spin off from "danger man".

on the down side some local lads were pulled over by 2 police officers.
someone told me what they were supposed to have done, best not to say in case it prejudices any possible future proceedings.

that's the one i was thinking of brian, i feel sure that it was a spin off from danger man though.
it involved a chap being chased around wales by a balloon, sort of thing that happens there i believe.

Mrs Nicholas If they pay for repairs Then for gods sake why have the great big pot holes at the car park end of the gardens never been repaired in the last three years that end gets full of water, sounds like council has had the money then and spent it on other things.

this one made me dizzy just watching the people on it.
i was intrigued by the baby buggy parked next to the ride, surely the occupant has not gone on on.
sure enough he emerged with his mum with a look that sugested he did not know what all the fuss was about.

the fair is in the process of moving on to it's next destination, did any of our members go, if so was it good value for money?

Howard
Any photos of what damage has been done to the park and lawns now the fair has moved on. Last time it looked liked a barren wasteland.

it always looks a disaster area after they leave marek, after a week or so it gets back to normal.
will take a pic tomorrow anyway.

the over night rain might have helped the grass to recover.

the area was bone dry right up to the day they were leaving, i would have thought any damage would have been done yesterday.

that's what i thought keith, the noise level ws much more bearable than in previous years.
maybe there were complaints from local residents.

Howard, daughter Briony was home for a few days last week to celebrate her Dad's Birthday and she went to the fair on half price day, Thursday, with friends, all students so the price was right

They all had a great time, thoroughly enjoyed themselves
