Its funny how quickly we can learn to differentiate the noises that pets, infants and, let's face it, even the plumbing makes, (as once we knew just where to hit the TV to regain the horizontal-hold), and yet the utterances of these politicos we either accept as going over our heads or as simply too jaw-droppingly boring for comment.
This cannot be an accident!

None of the above statement is in any way designed to be intelligible, I half expect there to have been a faint echo;caused by the speakers head being firmly jammed-up where the Sun don't shine.
There is room for the apportioning of part of the blame for this common-insult to be laid at the door of the modern media, and if there was a fuller, more human and more understandable explanation of these recent events on the local New Labour web site, that would be the case.
Perhaps somebody about town will get a more tangibly human take on things.
