I love being in the country side just after sunset, you never know what you may come across.
I knew this one was coming out of the sett bang on 20-30 hrs, got the pic and waited for the 4 cubs to come out, with baited breath they did and my batteries whent dead.
Will follow with some cute pics soon.

Today SETT Blatter FIFA President will receive Englands Bid to host the football 2018 World Cup Tournament and apparently backed by the new coalition govt. A poor link...but at least I got to mention my favourite sport

So beautiful.
Life is sometimes too fast to stop and look........I am lucky, where I work at the moment is set in beautiful scenery, horses, foxes, squirrels, wonderful trees, and I get there early enough to enjoy it quietly before I go into the building. But it is easy to forget how absolutely wonderful things can be. Thanks Ian

Lovely picture Ian, and they look better like that than laying in the road as I`ve always seen most of them. They have the horrible habit of running out in front of headlight`s. A sight most if none on here will have seen, is being in the cab of a loco and seeing the large amount of badgers laying dead between the railway lines, electrocuted on the third rail. And I mean many.
Tell them that I came, and no one answered.

Fantastic photo there Ian! I enjoy watching wildlife like that. Would love to see more, have never seen badgers in the wild but did hold a cub at the wildlife centre in Somerset called Secret World (I think it was) would really recommend a visit. A place near here where you can see British wildlife is Wildwood and when I go there I always enjoy watching the red squirrels - never seen them in the wild either even though I've been to places where they are meant to be.
