Maybe we should blame the Victorians for the ongoing attractiveness of coastal resorts, in any case it is a hard nut to crack, this, attracting only those 'we' would prefer.
I imagine major resorts; Blackpool, Yarmouth etc., have to endure a seasonal rise in 'offensiveness' to go along with their resident-evils.
So...it's not all bad, being beside the sea-side.
I wonder if it would be possible for the Police to hand out 'breakfast' vouchers in exchange for the confiscated alcohol?
In any case, we must all attempt to steer clear of the notion of a 'round-up' of supposed undesirables.
