  what amazes me is the big inner cities with problems far greater and more complex than Dover seem to manage and cope quite well with having large screen tv's in their town centre so why can't we?Maybe its because they have councillors that are able to assess the situation and are able to foresee any problems that may arise and therefore take preventitive action.The BBC use these live links for a multitude of events..lets go live to leeds...and therefore you see the mix ethnic townsfolk enjoying themselves usually raising money for Pugsy bear or comic relief so why should Dover miss out.
  Sue if the Market Sq is a problem why not relocate it to Pencester Gardens.
  Surely it will improve our chances of staging the arrival of the olympic torch on its procession to London or maybe the council don't want that either due to fire risks and yobbo's throwing vodka on the lighted torched to give it a bigger flame...
  Why should the majority of dovorians lose out purely because there is a small risk that a few *issheads may try and interrupt the proceedings or that the few local residents object to the noise of living smack bang in the town centre.
  Please someone get a grip...the bus to beachy head is nearly full only a few seats left,Book now to avoid disappointment and another boring summer in Dover.
  We could always shell out another £5k to Gloria Chargeenough to open the dog and cat *issing contest.
