So who on here could give their all on a pitch for 90 minutes in that heat, sorry Vic not even you in your prime.
Dover dominated the first half scored two good goals and were cruising, they then in the second half looked to have decided to stick with what they had got and the opposition latched onto that plus their manager made a couple of changes where he saw our weakness down the left flank.
Once Farnbourgh got back into the game it was always going to be difficult to raise your game again and then they got a very iffy penalty. We then started to wake up again, had it not been for their keeper making a couple of good saves at the end we could have won.
Viv they are part timers not full time and train as a team twice a week after doing a days work and train hard to say they are not fit is total rubbish. Time to make assessments is after about 10 games not after 90 minutes.
