Although I don't fully agree with first poster there is in football in general a lack passion at times.
obviously at the top level players are paid far to much, and the game has been spoilt by it, and out of the reach of many which is sad.

but getting back to Dover, they are part time and have agents, and if you were paid for a part time job but expected to do full time hours would you?????

Paulw and I go back to the Bill swain/Alan reynolds/alan ferguson alan marley days(remember them paulw???)
some of the most passionate players and probably best players on the non league circuit at the time.

but times have moved on, players are now employed part time, in these hours are the match games, and the twice a week training(i think)
fitness is important im sure a lot of the players outside of training do keep as fit as possible.
the manager has said this is an area he needs to concentrate on.

the manager in the last season stated the team he had he inherited, this season he cannot use that one, and will be expected to do well.

last season without doubt some players were just going through the motions, and certainly at times lacked passion.

hopefully this season crabble will like old become a place opposing teams feared coming to.

£13 is a lot of money and it is expcted the players on the day give there all
although i love to see dover do well
even if they lose but give 100% i would be happy
