Kent Police is appealing for witnesses to a road collision in Capel-le-Ferne on Tuesday (14 July 2015).
The collision occurred outside the Royal Oak pub in New Dover Road at 2.30pm between a blue Nissan Micra and two motorcycles.
The rider of one of the motorcycles suffered serious injuries and is still in hospital.
The other motorcyclist and two people in the Micra were treated for minor injuries.
