A man is due to appear before magistrates after police seized an air weapon in Dover last week.
Jake Stockley, aged 20, of Oswald Road, Dover, was charged on 14 April 2015 with possessing an unloaded air weapon in a public place.
He has been bailed to attend Folkestone Magistrates' Court on 27 April.
