A man from Dover has been sentenced to 110 days in prison after assaulting a police officer on 6 September 2014.
Steve Washington Tate, 54, of Edred Road, Dover pleaded guilty after assaulted the officer in Edred Road.
Because the offence was committed during the operational period of a suspended sentence, the overall length of his sentence is 170 days. He must also pay £250 compensation.
