Police officers investigating a burglary in Folkestone Road, Dover, on Thursday (3 April 2014) have charged a man.
Barry Evans, aged 55, of Folkestone Road, is due to appear before magistrates in Margate on 1 May to answer an allegation that he stole a lock from the communal area of a building.
