Two teenagers have been charged after a house in Whitfield was broken into and a laptop computer stolen.
The break-in at the Archer's Court Road property was on Thursday (18 April 2013) and the two were arrested on Friday (19 April 2013).
One of them, a 14-year-old boy living in the Whitfield area, has been charged with burglary and the possession of cannabis and is due to appear before magistrates in Maidstone on Monday (22 April 2013).
The other boy, a 16-year-old living in the Whitfield area, has been charged with handling stolen goods and the possession of cannabis and has been released on bail to appear at the Channel Youth Court on 14 May 2013.
