Dover District Council is offering the unique and exciting opportunity for outdoor catering companies to apply for catering concessions at the Dover Seafront Olympic Torch Celebration Event on Wednesday 18 July.
DDC is offering up to seven catering spaces for this event, with consideration given to those tenders using locally sourced produce in their final product. Catering units will be in the designated food area, and will be able to operate from 2pm-10.45pm on the day.
Dover District Council continues to work with the local community and a range of agencies and partners to prepare a warm welcome for the Olympic Torch Relay, which is coming to Dover for a major Evening Celebration on Dover Seafront on 18 July 2012.
Applications for catering spaces must be submitted by noon on Friday 9 March 2012. For more information, including terms and conditions, see the Olympic Torch Celebrations page on the DDC website at www.dover.gov.uk.
