Doesn't matter now Brian as Eurotunnel have tired of the issue and the legal costs incurred and are leaving the ferry market.

Doubt if DFDS will lose out here, I feel certain that they were paying for the two vessels in instalments so will deduct not only for the refits but also for the time they are out of action.
