Fab Forumites Mary Graham and Phil Eyden enjoying a relaxing evening at The White Horse Inn where a few Forumites gathered to while away an hour or two. Yes Mary Graham, formerly of the Dover Mercury and now ersthwhile roving reporter on the Kent Messenger, not to mention Forumite extraordinaire, hugs our roving man on the spot Phil Eyden. Phil is the man behind those great nature pictures we feature regularly and has his own Picture Page in the magazine section. I like this picture..I took it myself...but of course!
Les Formidables! Yes those fab forumite formidable females can be seen in the picture on the left and all looking good, tastefully cheering up the scenery in the White Horse Inn... L to R Alison Williams, Colette Boland, and Cllr Jan Tranter ex-mayor of Dover. On the right handside we have another ex-mayor of Dover, Ken Tranter, newly converted to Conservative status, enjoying a well earned refreshing drink. On the wall behind Ken you can see the signatures of all the channel swimmers over the years.
This is one for our resident Psychic Jeane as a halo can be clearly seen above Cllr Nigel Collor's head. Well I always knew Nigel was a bit special but just how special now emerges. In the centre is Barry Wadsworth-Smith and on the right Barry Williams...all life serving members of the Forumite Club!
Ah last but not least ! certainly not least as who can dismiss lightly a hug from the lovely Jan Tranter. That's yours truly wallowing like the cat who got the cream! Lovely stuff !
