This striking shot shows the Uniterian Church ablaze in Dover High Street on Saturday 22nd September. It was an extraordinary day of fires in Dover and we will have more pictures to show later. Long serving Fab Forumite Alison Williams was our woman on the spot in this instance and was able to capture the events as they unfurled before a shocked populace. It seems the Church was under development and being turned into apartments for local people. More to follow later....here we are..

Picture below by Nigel Collor shows the Westmount blaze being tackled by firefighters, this time on sunday. A hugely busy weekend for firefighters. Even a unit taking part in a near local Carnival Parade had to be called back to Dover.
