Will plough on, but a quick skim and the first couple of paragraphs not looking good:
1) the Johnson quote ('...fighting big tank battles on the European landmass are over...') is hilarious not because it confirms that the flabby fool knows as much about war as your pet hamster but that UK defence and intelligence (and that ultimately means US defence and intelligence) who wrote his script for him were arrogantly unprepared for the confrontation they've been maneuvering us towards for years. (More about British intelligence shortly.)
2) that casualty count is wildly off, and the vagueness of 'thought to have' and 'American sources' tells me why. The reporters are either being deliberately dishonest for propaganda purposes, or they genuinely believe these 'sources'. Whichever one, welcome to modern 'journalism'.
2b) the report's various sources (think-tankers, retired generals, war studies academics, military institutes, etc.) have been so consistently wrong about pretty much everything over the last 18 months, from 'Russia running out of missiles' to 'this wonder-weapon'll do it', that to call them 'compromised' would be a compliment.
