    B) Street lighting is being dimmed NOT switched off
    C) Berlin is rolling out "smart/on-demand" street lighting
    D) The German government is encouraging the replacement of shower heads with ones that use less water
    E) Vinovia Germany's largest landlord is lowering the maximum temperature of overnight heating in its rental complexes

    P.S. Whilst many UK based/owned outlets are pushing the same line as the Daily Mail, it is interesting to note that bizarrely both The Express & The Guardian have reported that the UK is also going to follow suit on dimming street lights & Switching off lighting on public buildings - funny how they can do this to save money due to rising wholesale prices but seemed incapable of doing it to reduce energy consumption in response to climate change.
