  My understanding of his claim of never taking a day off work would be the same as everybody else Monday to Friday, nobody is capable of working seven days a week indefinitely. With regard to him paying London wages he would then have to charge London prices which would mean people having to just put up with their bad backs, besides professional people from overseas are not interested in living in the sticks because they would like to socialise with their own kind in the capital.
