So, once again, Cameron has more or less been told that he hasn`t got a cat in hell`s chance of instigating any meaningful reforms in the EU that might be to the benefit of the UK and that he`s going to be "disappointed". It`s just not going to happen is it? Angela Merkel of course wants us to remain a committed member no doubt simply because of the vast amounts of money that we shovel there way on a daily basis. That`s a no brainer by anybodies standards.

The president of the EU commission and all the other EU "big cheeses`" have previously made it quite clear that we can forget about any "reforms", it will just simply not be allowed. However, for some strange and bizarre reason Dave still continues to put forward the theory that this in fact will take place when even the EU parliament tea ladies know that it`s a non starter! Perhaps he believes in miracles, because that`s exactly what it would take to get any concessions from that particular closed shop that would prove acceptable to even a borderline eurosceptic!

So where does he go from here, just continue adnauseam to peddle the lie that the EU with "reforms" would be good for the UK or come clean, be honest for once and admit that our simple choice will be an "in or out" referendum and forget all the pretence about his proposed changes that will just not happen within the Brussels super state?

I guess it will be the former!
