The paper mill in Chartham used to smell like a mixture of poo and ammonia before Environmental Health Officers made them clean up their act.

is that right kieth.all I saw up Folkestone road and the high street yesterday where Canadians and other tourists of the cruise ship yesterday,but that went just after 5pm yesterday.
