MP Carswell recently turned down half the money the State offered him on UKIP's behalf, which he was entitled to accept as only UKIP MP, and use to employ secretaries.
Farage asked him to accept the whole sum, Carswell refused.

Once masses of disillusioned UKIP supporters cease donating to the party, and members stop renewing their membership, and major sponsors withhold their funding, UKIP should go down like a relieved balloon loosing its air.

Farage will lose his BNP supporters too and will long for the day when those "nasty racists" he once didn't want anymore (the original UKIP supporters) used to enthusiastically campaign for UKIP and donate to the (lost)cause.

What we are basically looking at now, is how long it will take for UKIP's funds to dry out, also considering the vast amounts they spent leading up to the general election.
