  Having messed previously with our energy needs by way of the climate change act this clown now intends further damage through the ridiculous idea of legislating to cap energy bills.
  All I can say is stock up on candles and torch batteries, buy food which does not need heating (canned tuna etc.) and for those who can afford it - buy a generator.
  I should add that those who think that this idea is brilliant should realise that in essence what miliband is saying is this:
  "Vote for me and I'll save you £120 per year."
  What an absolute chump.
