  just a storm in a latte cup in my view, technology is taking over from paperwork and that will continue to spread and the initial amount spent is not that great.
  
  overseas aid is just a sweetener for getting british companies contracts and never helps people that need help - so the argument there is whether enough tax comes back to the exchequer to make it worthwhile, somehow i doubt it.
  
  home office bonuses are quite laughable in my view.
