  Yes, some international aid ends up in corrupt pockets and a fair amount ends up in countries that are wasting their own money on irrelevances whilst their population grinds in real - starvation level - poverty.
  
  Refocus on the where it goes and who it goes to - we made a promise (a rather public one) with regard to International Aid and we should keep our promise because that is the right thing to do.
