    Like extreme welfarism, which is what we have in the uk, foreign aid has probably done more damage to the lives of the ordinary citizen in poor countries than many other methods could have done.
    All it does is promote a victim culture and worse a dependency culture cutting off the blood supply to incentives for people to better themselves. It's a drug.
    Ban foreign aid. We don't get any thanks for it anyway at least not from those who we are led to believe benefit from it.
    It might give our politicians a nice warm glow but, of course, they're not paying for it.
