    Jan,
It's reported they are certainly very quiet in the council chambers no real speakers.

FWIW at Fort Whitfield all three UKIP representatives have made themselves heard during both full Council and other meetings.

There are however others, on both sides of the chamber who I have not heard a peep out of (though they ALWAYS vote with their respective parties), some of them being in what can only be called safe seats and being candidates in the forthcoming KCC elections!

One suspects that these are the very people who will be up for the prestigious title of Honorary Alderman? See item 11! http://moderngov.dover.gov.uk/documents/g2352/Agenda%20frontsheet%2025th-Jan-2017%2018.00%20Council.pdf?T=0

Meanwhile wine and nibbles all round as Cllr Buggins (whose turn it is) gets permission to drive a flock of sheep along the Admiralty Pier in perpetuity!
