Having difficulty spotting one fact in there, let alone a plurality of them. Mr Yakkety Lemon won his appeal, and was released on bail pending a retrial, as the judge ruled that the procedure at the initial trial was unfair, not illegal. And unless you're stretching the word 'journalist' to include anyone with a mic, a mouth and a camera, then you, me or anyone else on here might be a journalist. Mind you, WGS Objective Reporting Services Inc does have a nice ring to it.
