  Oh dear what can the matter be
  two ladies residing near to me
  each suffered from a locked-knee
  one with the NHS
  one who went privately
  the first got no op straight away
  the other, dealt with that very day
  
  The first, first had to have physio
  and was informed that post-op
  all kneeling would have to stop
  later, in a day she was in and out
  now all better, recovered, up and about
  
  The poor other, oh, deary-deary me
  was whisked in and out most efficiently
  no forewarning no physiotherapy
  with stick and cursing she's there for all to see
  crying;poor knee, poor me, poor knee!
