Does being a mayor give one the right to plant an orchard in the Garden of England?
One of my aspirations is to be able to plant at least one orchard on our Kentish Land and tend to the trees and harvest the fruit, and perhaps sell some for a modest income.
I've always noted that digging and hoeing soil keeps me fit, which is why I'd like some vegetable plots too.
Politicians call this a four letter word spelled WORK, and would keep a thousand miles away from it. Or make it impossible.
Once upon a time it was considered a basic right.
If I'm not mistaken, nowadays everyone goes to university and becomes a banker....
Now back to my Medieval Occitanian music.
