    John, I was thinking more of something like joint ownership. At the back of my mind I have a feeling you have to live for another seven? years to avoid problems with tax.

    Thinking of the the problem of an ageing population, I am surprised the insurance companies are not promoting some kind of insurance plan to cover our possible need for care, they advertise plenty for various funeral plans.
