  In the absence of any political leadership our civil servants have got the best deal possible from the EU to leave.
  
  There is no better deal available.
  
  Once we officially leave, we can then start to negotiate not only trade deals with others, but also our future relationship with the EU, maybe this is the deal everyone is talking about, or maybe they are still living in the past when the sun never set on Empire and we enjoyed living off the backs of others and think because we are pretty miffed the EU will wilt and give us anything and everything.
