Have been watching another exposee on Channel 4 where party fundraising is dominated by lunches where large sums of money change hands so that people get access to an important politician.
Apparently legal but there is no such thing as a free lunch and money paid over gains influence, thoroughly immoral in my view.

Parliament should own a building full of bedsits and let all out of town MPs stay there then there would be no need for second homes.

Certain MPs are just plain greedy if they do not like the money they should leave their nice cushy job.
I am sure the average person in this country would love to earn £67,000 a year plus expenses and subsidised restaurants and bars.

This bloke is picking up nearer £90, 000 and he knew what the money was before he tried to get elected.
