good news for tenants but looks rather complicated and may not work in practice.

If it means that tenants will only be able to rent properties that are commensurate with their income......wait for the howls should it become reality!

Do nothing and nothing happens.

Rents have run out of control, and need puling back ,the taxpayers are picking up the bill on lots of these rentals, with housing benefits
People are paying to much of there income, on housing rents and mortgages,
Its not good for the economy ,and not good for people trying to bring up a family
Labour hasn't helped with mass immigration.
The solution is the same today, as it was after the war ,,mass building of council housing and prefabs.

I just think one day it will all go off,,probably started by interest rate rises or fuel poverty
Then all the politician will be standing around wondering what happened.
