I am a WASPI woman and to be fair I wished I had been able to retire at 60. I'm worn out and have infact lost a lot of time at work since turning 60. Hip and joint problems have made life difficult but I thought 'hey ho nearly at the end, I can get through the next few years' However, a claculater on the labour sight says I will get over £23k compensation. I have to admit I was tempted... I havent been on holiday for 8 years and my home could do with some work. But would it be fair on my great grandchildren to have to suffer austerity to pay for it down the line.
