I'm awfully sorry to tell you this but crime is DOWN. Apart from newly invented non-crime like 'hate crime' one suspects, though if we're talking about whining Mohammedans after Manchester and London Bridge ,I don't suppose that the Japanese in the USA were flavour of the month shortly after Pearl Harbour.
