More than six months ago Corbyn said that his party were ready to fight a General Election. I would take that to mean that candidates would be in place all over the country getting themselves known in their constituencies and letting people know their background and views on a range of issues. Instead of that there are none in place even 11 days after the election was called. With only 40 days to go with two Bank holiday weekends included no leaflets can be printed because there are no names to put on them. Any new person selected has no chance of being known by the electorate so to me it just looks like a party that knows it will lose badly and doesn't really seem that bothered about it.
