Apparently UK is giving £200m in aid money to 'Africa' over the next four years + £2.1m will be contributed to a European Commission trust fund worth £1.27bn, which is designed to help African nations do more to help the refugee and migrant crisis.
This will transform easily that fly-blown God-forsaken dump, all the way from Cape to Cairo, into a land of milk and honey which no-one in their right mind would want to leave.
All the leaders have promised this time not poke it all in a Swiss Bank Account, buy property in Mayfair or invest in high-end cars and Lear Jets.
This is in spite of the fact that world aid to Africa since 1960 has been $2,600,000,000,000 (about $4.7 trillion in today's prices) - the only noticable result being that smallpox is eradicated, meaning some people died when older and loads of others were fit enough to trek to Europe.
