  That was not his pledge Peter. That was to do with the Treaty ratification but, sadly, Labour in collusion with the LibDems made sure the Treaty was ratified before the election. Once it was ratified the referendum was irrelivent.
  
  I suggest certain people here do there research and get your facts right.
