Disagree. Yes, when the OP created the thread it was too early to say, so it was simply a desperate smear propping up the tired old 'race war' narrative. Now it seems there's a destructive ideology at work, and that makes it political. For the same reason the 'Corona virus' thread should be in the political section, as a destructive ideology's at work there too.
But anyone looking closely at the picture of Saadallah on the Telegraph's front page will notice an element common to many jihadist attacks and knife attacks generally, but hardly ever commented on.
