I thought I'd start a new topic rather the digress from previous subjects.
Planning issues have been an interest of mine since I began to understand the level of corruption and deception that lies behind local publicity. As I've said previously, the outcome of the Prince's Parade debacle down the road can bring a smidgeon of joy to some people's hearts. Well, mine at least.
Here's a great summary from the excellent Kent Bylines. I can't see them stopping Otterpool, though. It's a different kettle of fish entirely and could bring huge economic benefit.
