It's wrong in principle and in practice whoever is in Government, or as I stated above, the main problem has been open-door immigration and I'm sure if we really wanted to, could curb the numbers. A points system like they have in Oz would be best.

Well there we have it.
Roger is a Conservative Councillor, paid to represent his party. He is arguing for a points based system, exactly what UKIP have advocated for years.
Is this Tory policy? NO
Will Roger continue to vote for and represent the Conservative party? YES
